Linney is a leading light in marketing communications. We are looking for a great person to join and strengthen our existing Team Leaders in our Customer Response Centre.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast paced customer service environment, where meeting dead-lines is essential. Our people are team players, reliable and committed to offering 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
You must be flexible, logically minded and react quickly to peaks in workload. You will need to be quality driven with experience of following schedules and procedures.
You will need to have a good understanding of KPIs, service levels and aspirations. As well as mentoring, coaching and supporting a team, you should be computer literate with lots of customer service experience, especially via telephone and email.
