I have just registered as a Recruiter on your site, how do I go about becoming a member and using your services?

You have a number of options available to you. If you would simply like to post a vacancy, select the “Post a new vacancy” option on the right hand side pod or select the tab across the top called “Add Job” in your dashboard. Enter all the details and once you have selected “add this vacancy”, you will see various payment options.

You can choose to pay for a single job advert, or alternatively upgrade your membership to one of our packages which enables you to post your vacancy and also search our CV Database for the skills you require.

I cannot log into my account, please can you help?

Please check you are logging into the Recruiter section of our site. Please also remember your password is case sensitive or if you have forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password and the system will send you a link to reset a new password. If this still doesn’t work, please contact us on 01892 501380 or email us for further help.

I have used oZZle to advertise a vacancy, which is great, but I would like to upgrade my account to use the CV Search facility. How do I do this?

You have the option to upgrade your account at any time. Simply log into your recruiter account and select the “Membership Plan” button in your dashboard.

If you would like us to tailor you a package please contact us on and we will upgrade your account immediately and send an invoice for the difference.

What happens when I have just upgraded my account, but I cannot see or use the “Search our CV’s” section?

It may be that your PC has a cache problem. To rectify this go to your browser, and select “Tools” on the top right of your screen. Then choose “Internet Options” and then “delete cookies and temporary files”. If this does not work, please switch your computer off and on again.

I have not filled my vacancy in the advertising period, is there anything more I can do?

We offer you a guarantee that if for any reason you have not filled your vacancy during the first 30 days, we will advertise your vacancy completely free of any cost for another 30 days. Please contact us on, requesting us to renew your vacancy under your guarantee. It may also be worth considering changing the wording of your advert to attract the quality relevant Job Seekers. Have you read our tips for writing an effective advert, there may be ideas in there that could help.

I’ve just received an email from you telling me my vacancy will be expiring what action do I need to take?

If you have filled your vacancy, then no need to take any further action. If however you are still looking for the right person and you have only advertised the vacancy for 30 days, then please send us an email and we will renew the vacancy for another 30 days for you. If you have used the guarantee period and are still wanting the vacancy advertised, visit the “manage live vacancies” section in your account. Select the renew option and you will be asked to pay for the vacancy again.

One of my team has left unexpectedly, how do I make sure they cannot access their account?

You have two options available to you. Visit your account and select "login details” and follow the instructions. Please note that if your team member still has access to their email address that is used for their account, they could ask the system to send them their password.

The safer option is to change both the email address and password on the account.
