or Job Board; people often apply for jobs that they are just not suitable for.
Costing you time and inconvenience... well not anymore!
We have always ensured that all Job Seekers who register with oZZle have industry
experience….now we go even further:
oZZle "Application Screener"
- Add 5 Key interview questions within the vacancy posting
- If you have selected the auto-reject option and the applicant does not select the
correct answer, the system will automatically reject them for you.
- They will receive a polite rejection email from our system.
- Once a Job Seeker has applied for a vacancy they are automatically blocked from
trying again.
- You will be informed that they had applied, but need take no further action.
Leaving you time to get on with the business of only dealing with truly suitable
applicants.
In the event that circumstances or the job description changes, these rejected applications
will be stored in the Rejected folder of your Application Tracker, enabling you
to consider them should you wish...
