I have just registered as a Recruiter on your site, how do I go about becoming a member and using your services?
You have a number of options available to you. If you would simply like to post a vacancy, select the “add a new vacancy” option in your account, enter all the details and once you have selected “add this vacancy”, you will see two payment options, either by credit card or request an invoice. You will also note at this stage, the option to select our Standard Membership which allows you to post your vacancy and also search our CV Database for the skills you require.
Alternatively, if you would like to search our CV Database, but not post a vacancy as it is confidential, click here. Or you could go to our homepage and on the right hand side, select the pod “Search our Job Seekers” and follow the instructions.

I cannot log into my account, please can you help?
Please check you are logging into the Recruiter section of our site. Please also remember your password is case sensitive or if you have forgotten your password, ask the system to send this to you. If this still doesn’t work, please contact us on 01764 656600 or email us for further help.
I have used oZZle to advertise a vacancy, which is great, but I would like to upgrade my account to use the CV Search facility. How do I do this?
Thanks for your enquiry, please simply contact us on sales@ozzle.co.uk and we will upgrade your account immediately and send an invoice for the difference.
What happens when I have just upgraded my account, but I cannot see or use the “Search our Job Seekers” section?
It may be that your PC has a cache problem. To rectify this go to Internet Explorer, and select “Tools” on the top right of your screen. Then choose “Internet Options” and then “delete cookies and temporary files”. If this does not work, please switch your computer off and on again.
I have not filled my vacancy in the advertising period, is there anything more I can do?
We offer you a guarantee that if for any reason you have not filled your vacancy during the first 30 days, we will advertise your vacancy completely free of any cost for another 30 days. Please contact us on sales@ozzle.co.uk, requesting us to renew your vacancy under your guarantee. It may also be worth considering changing the wording of your advert to attract the quality relevant Job Seekers. Have you read our tips for writing an effective advert, there may be ideas in there that could help.
I know oZZle is a site for Print, Packaging and Design Jobs, but will I get any success in advertising other related vacancies?
oZZle has partnerships with 3 other sites that advertise generic roles to ensure all your vacancies get exposure to the wider internet audience. All applications will still continue to come via your normal oZZle route.
I’ve just received an email from you telling me my vacancy will be expiring what action do I need to take?
If you have filled your vacancy, then no need to take any further action. If however you are still looking for the right person and you have only advertised the vacancy for 30 days, then please send us an email and we will renew the vacancy for another 30 days for you. If you have used the guarantee period and are still wanting the vacancy advertised, visit the “manage live vacancies” section in your account. You will notice that on the right hand side you have three options, edit, renew and expire. Select “renew” and the system will then ask for a payment via credit card or request an invoice.
One of my team has left unexpectedly, how do I make sure they cannot access their account?
You have two options available to you. Visit your account and select "change your password” and follow the instructions. Please note that if your team member still has access to their email address that is used for their account, they could ask the system to send them their password.
The safer option is to change both the email address and password on the account. To change the email address, select “Maintain your account and email preferences”, edit this information and then select “change your password”.
